True Balance: Our allergen-friendly station is crafted with care for guests with food allergies or gluten sensitivities. Every dish is free from the top nine allergens - milk, eggs, shellfish, fin fish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, and wheat - so you can dine with confidence.

Global Exchange: Global Exchange sets the tone for elevated dining with weekly menus featuring global cuisines, as well as favorite local restaurants bringing their most popular menu items directly to you.

Savory Stack: Our sandwich station features made-to-order sandwiches with quality meats, cheese and fresh topping, stacked just the way you like them. See our daily special sandwiches for a quick on the go option. This station also offers made without gluten breads and wraps.

Ignite Grill: Ignite Grill serves up hot-off-the-flame favorites like burgers, chicken and plant-based options.

Main Ingredient: Our exciting Main Ingredient station brings students right to the heart of scratch-made comfort favorites, complete with the sights and smells that accompany all of the flavors they’ll find.

Pack Pizza & Pasta: Pack Pizza offers homemade pizzas prepared with fresh ingredients and bold, comforting flavors, while Pack Pasta is a help yourself style with homemade tomato and alfredo sauce every day.

Greens & Grains: Our classic and highly creative salads are always fresh, bright, and full of healthy greens, veggies and grains. Complemented by the ultimate comfort food, whether hot or cold, a brimming bowl of soup hits the spot when students are under the weather or on top of the world. This station makes you feel good any time of day, any time of year!

Keystone Bakery: Our dessert station will quell that sweet tooth with our fresh baked cookies, homemade cakes and pies, and breakfast pastries.
